    Jim Fitzsimmons

    As a seasoned revenue cycle professional, much of my past success has been built on bringing solutions to hospitals that were often faced with challenging and dynamic political and financial situations. As the CEO and one of the Founders of Ingram & Associates, LLC, we built a company with a solid reputation for creating strong customer relations built on delivering sound, meaningful results to our clients. My entire team was empowered to make decisions that cemented client satisfaction and I have brought that same level of commitment to MedCycle. As with all of the companies and divisions I’ve led throughout my career, we have developed a culture here at MedCycle focused on bringing critical solutions forward…with clear evidence of trust…to create the best climate for success. My undergraduate studies were in Pre-Med and Economics at Wake Forest University and I received my MBA from Michigan State University. My wife, Lisa, and I live in Franklin. We have two adult children and 2 precious grandchildren.

    Eric Cullie

    Joining MedCycle Management in a leadership role where I can make a true impact for my customers has been a journey. An entrepreneur at heart, I have worked in healthcare for nearly a decade, all dedicated to helping revenue cycle professionals optimize their revenue at every turn. My experience began Dixon Hughes where I offered accounting and advisory analysis to clients. In 2005, I joined Ingram & Associates, a revenue cycle management company specializing in early-out, self-pay, bad debt collections, insurance follow-up, and coding. This rapid growth organization was sold to Ingenix in 2009. I gained additional insight during my tenure with privately-held MiraMed, a company that offers off-shore support to healthcare providers and vendors. I have a deep understanding for the challenges facing healthcare professionals and a passion for helping deliver real results. I earned a BA in Accounting from The University of Tennessee. My wife and I live in Franklin with our two young children.

    Timothy (T.J.) Schmitt, Jr.

    For thirteen years, I have had the pleasure of serving the healthcare industry working with companies with a focus on A/R management and IT. Most recently, I served as Vice President of Business Development for SPi Healthcare, an A/R management company providing advanced technology, and claims management services. Prior to SPi Healthcare, I spent time with Attorneys Health Care providing stellar healthcare-focused legal expertise; Beacon Partners, a large privately-held healthcare IT management consulting firm and initially worked over 8 years with Ingram & Associates in an operational, client services and sales capacity. With MedCycle, I am excited to bring my skills and experience together in a place where, as a partner in the company, I can play an instrumental role in delivering serious results for our customers. I hold a degree in BA from the University of Tennessee and am a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems. I am active in both local and regional industry associations such as HIMSS, HFMA and MGMA. My wife and I live in Franklin, Tennessee where we are raising our three busy boys.
